Neuracnu became famous for his evil laugh, which he started when Plucky saw a photo of him in a white labcoat and referred to him as "the scheming whitecoat". Neu recorded a .wav of himself saying, in a suitably evil voice, "Welcome to the world of the scheming whitecoat, MUHAHAHAHAHAA!"
