"KT, what is the deal with that evil face you're pulling in panel 4?" Well, it's an Aphex Twin reference. Aphex Twin (real name Richard James) has an evil grin like that on many of his album covers, and on the cover of "Come To Daddy" (the title track of which is being played in panel 4) there's a group of kids, whose faces have been digitally replaced with Aphex Twin's evil grinning visage. It's all in good fun, of course, and there's some really neat and weird sounds on the album, which is why I like it. (My favorite track is "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball", which features an electronically generated bouncing-ball sound, with beats that constantly accelerate.)
