Panel 1: Judy was apparently not a very friendly person, and suspicious of spot and all her friends. I never actually saw her, but this was how I envisioned her. Brendan said it was the most accurate depiction of Judy ever!
Panel 4: We got to OMSI and met Vexx outside the building, which smelled like a swimming pool because everything was being treated with chlorine. The river had recently flooded, and water had gotten into the OMSI basement, knocking out some generators and creating a potential health hazard, what with all sorts of unknown bacteria having been washed down from the hills.
